Patterned Eggs:
Print out the egg templates. If you print them on white paper, then students can color them. If you want to make it more challenging to match the eggs, you can print them on colored paper so that they are all the same color when students sort them.
Cut out the eggs. If printed on white paper, students can color them.
Students will cut along the center black line for each egg, following the unique pattern.
Mix up all of the egg halves and then challenge students to match them back together.
To add to the fun, make several sets in several different colors!
Easter Mini Book:
Print both pages double-sided and then cut the page horizontally. Arrange the two halves one on top of the other with the title page facing out. Then fold and staple.
Read and color. We recommend reading the book together and chatting about the pictures. Then, read it again after pointing out the pattern "Thank you Jesus for ___!" Encourage the student to use the photos and repeating sentence frame to read the pages!
